The HOA dues must be received (not postmarked) by the property management company on/before January 1st of each year. Any payments received after January 15th will be assessed a late fee as documented in the Hills of Bogie Lake collection policy.

Any modifications to the exterior of your home or lot require approval from the Architectural Committee. Please populate the form at the link below and submit to the email address on the form for proper forwarding
Refuse is picked up on Wednesdays.
