Note: When making a rental request if the date you are looking for is not more than 4 days in advance, it will not show as an option. The date will also not show if there is an existing reservation. The 4 days advanced booking notice is to allow for paperwork processing by the management company and for pay by check receipt.

The Board has decided to invest and provide cleaning and sanitizing products for the use of the clubhouse to clean before and after your rental. This is a critical step that all renters will need to take in order to enable safe use of the clubhouse for everyone! Should the clubhouse not be cleaned and picked up (including trash taken out!) you risk forfeiture of your $200 security deposit.

Please ensure all documents are completed prior to payment for your rental.

Your rental is not 100% confirmed until all paperwork is submitted AND payment is processed. Please see the steps to be completed below:

1. Confirm availability by looking at the Google calendar shown below

2. Make your reservation in the online booking tool below the calendar

3. Complete clubhouse rental agreement through button further on the page or clicking here: https://rb.gy/1yacw

4. When your rental is approved, you will receive a confirmation contract and a PayPal invoice to be paid

5. Once your invoice is paid, you will receive via email an unlock code to use to enter the clubhouse.
