CLUBHOUSE RENTALs

Please ensure that you read all the information on this page and process the booking and rental forms required at the bottom. 

Note: When making a rental request if the date you are looking for is not more than 4 days in advance, it will not show as an option. The date will also not show if there is an existing reservation. The 4 days advanced booking notice is to allow for paperwork processing by the management company and for pay by check receipt.

The Board has decided to invest and provide cleaning and sanitizing products for the use of the clubhouse to clean before and after your rental. This is a critical step that all renters will need to take in order to enable safe use of the clubhouse for everyone! Should the clubhouse not be cleaned and picked up (including trash taken out!) you risk forfeiture of your $200 security deposit.

Please complete all required steps before submitting payment for your rental.

Your reservation is not confirmed until both the booking request and all paperwork are completed AND payment has been received.

Follow the steps below in order:

1. Check availability using the Google Calendar below. 
2. Submit your reservation using the online booking tool below the calendar.
   This step is required to place your event on the calendar. Skipping this step will result in your reservation not being recorded. 
3. Complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement using the button on this page or by clicking here:  https://rb.gy/1yacw 
4. Once your rental request and paperwork are reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation along with a PayPal invoice. 
5. After your invoice is paid, you will receive an email with the clubhouse access code.
