Peaceful Payments Options

You may sign up for auto debit (auto pay) through www.inrhodes.com/forms, this method is completely free.

There is an online payment center provide by the association’s bank, https://propertypay.cit.com/ When paying online, you will need the management company ID (6012), the association ID (000HBL) and your property account number, the 10-digit number found on your payment coupon or you may contact our office Manager@Hillsofbogielake.com to obtain it.  

**IMPORTANT -   If you pay using a credit or debit card through the bank’s website, there will be additional fees (+4%), E-Check is fee free!!

You may also sign up for online bill pay through your own bank. If you choose this method, be sure to add your account number to the memo section of the check.
